Our Process

How we work

From the first consultation to the decision — what we do at each step, and what we need from you.

This page is a placeholder. Final copy still to come.
STEP 01

Initial consultation

We go through your background, current status and timeline, then lay out the routes that are actually open to you and the risks in each.

To be written: how consultations are booked, how long they run, whether there is a fee, and what to bring.
STEP 02

Strategy and engagement

You get a side-by-side comparison of the available options with expected timelines and costs. Once you decide, we sign the engagement agreement.

To be written: scope of service, fee structure, payment milestones, refund terms.
STEP 03

Document collection

We work through the evidence checklist together, and handle translation and notarization where they are required.

To be written: document checklists by case type, translation and notarization requirements.
STEP 04

Drafting and review

We prepare the forms — DS-160, I-589 and the rest — and go through them with you line by line before anything is finalized.

To be written: number of review rounds, how you confirm, what counts as final.
STEP 05

Filing and fees

We file, keep every receipt and confirmation, and enter the case into tracking.

To be written: filing channels, government fees, how receipts are stored.
STEP 06

Tracking and interview prep

We follow the case with USCIS or the consulate, and run mock interviews and issue-spotting before any hearing or interview.

To be written: how status is checked, how often we update you, how interview prep is scheduled.
STEP 07

Decision and next steps

When the decision arrives we explain what it means and what follows — extensions, change of status, or appeal.

To be written: what happens after each type of outcome.
